ACC Group, distinguished for its experience in construction contracting and project management, has acted as the main contractor for a luxury villa and residence project planned in Beykoz, one of Istanbul’s prestigious districts. The project is set in a location surrounded by forest landscapes, in harmony with nature, while offering easy access to city centers. It consists of 20 detached villas and 3 residential blocks, with a total construction area of approximately 15,000 m².
The project is scheduled to commence in 2026 and is expected to be completed within approximately 20 months. All planning, engineering, and construction organization processes will be carried out according to the current Turkish Building Earthquake Code, relevant regulations, and technical specifications, prioritizing earthquake safety and structural durability, in line with ACC Group’s corporate management approach.
